Fabrication & Testing
PacTec actively manages the fabrication and technical subcontractors, coordinates and integrates
the activities of all subcontractors, and augments subcontractor QA programs under our QA Program.
PacTec also provides Quality and Engineering surveillance at all subcontractor fabrication facilities via
both planned witness and hold points and through ongoing, formal and informal
participation in the manufacturing process. This includes site presence by PacTec
Quality Surveillance personnel, site visits by technical and project management
personnel, on-going review of fabrication data, and working jointly with the
fabricator to resolve non-conformances consistent with the package design and certification
bases.
